MyAlganon
MyAlganon exists to support gamers interested in MMOs, as well as provide a one-stop-shop for all Alganon related information.
Project Summary
MyAlganon is a project that was worked on side-by-side with Alganon - a massively multiplayer online role-playing game that came out Spring of 2010. The purpose of MyAlganon was to provide a free community website where people can interact with others by sharing media, plan events and much more with the MMOG Alganon. MyAlganon was in it's baby development stages when we were brought aboard to design and bring the first stages of the frontend.
We designed the first two phases of the website, and since then the website has been redesigned a few more times over. The core functionality and backend programming such as the Admin console, forum, private messages, photo gallery and account creation was done by us. We created an announcement area, latest new pictures/members/blogs/threads and the other features that are available on MyAlganon.
Members of MyAlganon are able to interact with other members online, very similar to a FaceBook gaming website. The website since being launched now has interactions with the online game of Alganon such as statictics and much much more.
